In accordance with Article 2, Section 2.5 of the Bylaws for Pheasant Crossing Homeowners’ Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice of Election Meeting-Call for Candidacy scheduled Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., via Go-to-meeting.

We will be electing 3 board members to serve on the Board of Directors. If you wish to run for the board and be considered a candidate, please complete the enclosed candidacy form by Tuesday, January 23, 2024, and return via the directions on the form in order to be added to the election ballot.

To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of twenty percent 20% of members must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are attending by proxy, please complete and return the proxy to lindsay@legacysouthwestpm.com or complete a proxy on-line via www.pheasantcrossinghoa.com no later than Noon on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
